The 1st floor unit at 9 Kai Cheung Road, Kowloon Bay, Sino Industrial Plaza, has been bought by Global Telecommunications Int’l Ltd( Marsbu Group) for HKD 61.35 million. The total area is approximately 15,513 square feet. Additionally, two other units were purchased at an average price of HKD 3,535 per square foot. The market rental value is HKD 12 per square foot, which implies a return rate of 3.03%.
